With diplomas in hand and smiles on their faces, nearly 20 YWCA Central Alabama Pre-K students recently graduated from their yearlong program.

“Some of our students have been with us since they were in diapers, so moving on to their community schools is a big, exciting step,” said YW Child Development Center Director (CDC) Morgan Hargrove. “Kindergarten readiness is an essential element of a child’s career academic success, so our goal is to ensure that all students leave us prepared for bright futures.”
