YWCA Central Alabama recently hosted a community Health and Wellness Fair that featured nearly 30 vendors and health services providers. The annual event focused on physical, mental, spiritual and financial wellness. 
“We consider this event essential because we know that living a full life begins with a person’s overall health,” said YW Special Projects Manager and event co-organizer Valerie Johnson.
